These terms govern your use of getsolex.com and any purchase you make from Solex. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Solex is an independent reseller of sneakers and streetwear, operating from Newark, Delaware, United States. We are not an authorized dealer for, affiliated with, or endorsed by any of the brands whose products we resell. All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the products we sell.

2. All sales are final

Every order is a final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing checkout you confirm you have read and agreed to this. Our refund policy sets out the limited circumstances where we still make it right at our cost — non-delivery, wrong item sent, or an item that arrives damaged or not new.

3. Products and condition

Every item we sell is brand new, unworn, and in its original packaging. We source each item individually from a verified retail supplier after your order is placed. The style code shown on the product page is what we source and ship.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices and available sizes reflect live supplier data and change frequently. Despite our best efforts, a listing may occasionally show a price or size that is no longer obtainable. If we cannot fulfil your order at the listed price, we will cancel it and refund you in full — we will not substitute a different item, size, or colorway without asking you first.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or to decline any order.

5. Shipping

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Your account and conduct

You agree not to use this site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or resell our data, or to interfere with the site's operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
