Shipping

Solex ships across the United States from Newark, Delaware.

How long it takes

Orders arrive in 3–10 business days.

The range is real, not padding. Every pair is sourced individually from a verified retail supplier after your order is placed, so total time depends on which supplier carries your size and how quickly they release it to us. Common sizes in current-season models land toward the short end; harder-to-find sizes and older releases take longer.

Sizes marked Hard to find on the product page are stocked by only one supplier in our network. Those orders sit at the longer end of the range more often.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package is scanned by the carrier. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, email us and we will chase it.

Packaging

Footwear ships double-boxed — the original manufacturer box is protected inside an outer shipping box, so the box you collect arrives in the condition it left in.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you pay. There are no additional handling or processing fees added afterward.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

If something goes wrong in transit

If a package is lost, or tracking shows non-delivery, we refund or replace at our cost. See our refund policy for the full list of what we cover. Note that all sales are otherwise final — please review size and style code before ordering.
